Deirdre Bigley

Deirdre Bigley is the Life Planning Coordinator of the HEADSUP Kildare programme and has 20 plus years of facilitation experience having previously worked with adults in a training and education capacity as well as having worked with young people in a youth work and Youthreach arena. Deirdre has been working with HEADSUP Kildare since January 2018 and during that time she has taken lead in developing and implementing the Young Men's Pilot Programme as well as running 8 full HEADSUP programmes for Kildare and several mini programmes. One thing Deirdre loves to do to maintain her mental health is to sing which she claims helps to keep her balanced and in harmony.
